A: Servitech Training develops and conducts training seminars, workshops and courses for the custodial / building services / cleaning trades. Along with health and safety or WorkSafe programs. Consults on best practices, chemicals and equipment for the cleaning process.

A: Because of due diligence in training your staff. Documented, meaningful and current training brings long lasting benefits to the company and workers. The greatest expense is an untrained and unsafe worker. The liability of not training far exceeds the cost of being part of a negligence lawsuit. Q: What kind of subjects are available?

A: Building Service Worker courses, custodial training, floor care, carpet care, window cleaning, chemical safety, product use, power equipment safety and use. Health and safety and Green Cleaning training, product selection and recommendation.

Q: Where are the courses available?

A: At select Colleges in BC, at RFABC locations in the province, as custom courses at your location.

Q: What is the cost?

A: Contact the College for the current course cost but usually $280 per course for the 20 hour BSW courses. Custom courses depend on subjects, students and location?

Q: How can training help my work?

A: By documenting your skills you advance your qualifications. Many employers are requiring the BSW certificate for employment in the building service trade.
